Balance Inside is a story about a boy named Exo, who is going through a depressive period in his life. This is a reflection game where every day you choose actions that affect his emotional state. The task is to balance between different emotions, not to lose yourself and find a way out. 

This is a story about how important it is not to give up, even when the darkness around seems endless. After passing, silence will remain. And, perhaps, something deeper.
